"This place is becoming a joke to deal with I see why everyone always changes insurance. Then they ask me when. I switch can we call u in 6 months to come back 🤣. Nope at least not this location"

In that discussion, it appears that you were upset with the price you were provided, which is 100% out of our control. In addition, the price provided was based on the coverage's that you stated you wanted on the vehicle. We understand that those experiences are never pleasant, but I wanted to clarify and respond to your review as it appears my staff member simply followed through per your request in a prompt and professional manner. We addressed your initial review 3 months ago regarding your frustration regarding an auto claim. As discussed and addressed 3 months ago it appears State Farm assisted with the rental car during the claim. Regarding your company cancellation 3 months ago, this was a decision from Corporate and had nothing to do with our specific office. We have already addressed this per our response to your review 3 months ago, but given your 2nd review of our specific office, I felt the need to re-address again. As stated in our previous review, if you still have questions or would like to discuss further, please contact our office to discuss. In addition, our records indicate that you have not been a customer with our specific office for almost 4 months. "My experience with this place was nothing short of atrocious. I was involved in an unavoidable hit and run in 2022, thankfully I was fine but my car had damage to the front end. After waiting about 2 weeks I was able to get a rental car for only about 3 weeks before spending the next 3 months with no car. When I called to ask if there was anything that could be done to help they told me to borrow a family members car.... I'm glad you must have that as an option but I do not and it came across incredibly rude and tone deaf to my frustrating situation. As if it couldn't get any worse a year later they drop my coverage. I guess I'm sorry that I got hit I'll try my best not to do that. Thankfully now I pay HALF of what I was paying state farm by switching to progressive. I wouldn't waste my time with this place."
