"I enrolled for auto coverage a few weeks ago. 2-3 days later, my car just "fell apart"! It had served me well - 2013 Malibu with 150,000 miles. The repair bill was too much of an investment to make sense. I called to make sure the loaner car was covered. I kept in constant touch with Andrew and his office as I purchased a new car. He never once reviewed my coverage to advise me that my premium would increase by $160 a month! It was a shock! Suddenly, without notice, I received the statement for the next payment - a shocking increase! I learned he failed to credit at least one discount option, but then he never reviewed my new-car coverage with me at all!"

"The insurance company we were with for 10 years caused our homeowner's insurance to increase our mortgage by an unaffordable amount each month. We tried to keep our current insurance company and work through the rate increase (with no claims in 10 years) and were told "that's the market." This would have caused us to not be able to afford our home payment. We had to look for insurance elsewhere. We contacted multiple insurance companies and "Murphy" from Andrew Poston's office contacted us within 48 hours. We were immediately impressed with Murphy's honesty, tailorship to our family's needs, and calm professionalism. We have all of our insurance needs covered, and have saved so much on our mortgage payment, while obtaining similar coverage. I am grateful that we are able to say "our insurance needs are covered" to the insurance companies that are now calling us for business.
