"Talked with my agent Andrew at my renewal and when I tell you he was awesome, better yet he is AWESOME! He went over my coverage, my concerns, gave examples and walked me through the whole process. I'm very satisfied and Praying that I never have to use theses services(with all the storms happening) but I'm confident that what I have will be replaced if needed. Would defiantly recommend My Agent. Take care."

"Never using State Farm ever again. Bridge Burned! I understand how it happened. I'm not stupid. I understand that unchecking a box changing the policy from safe ride to not would change the price. The error was not made during some automation. The error was human and I'm fairly certain done on purpose. Then , how do you explain the $222 to $248? Jacob made the mistake of not removing safe ride. He also then lied to me after removing it and told me I will now be at $222. When in fact it was $248. Explain this error and tell me it was automation. Jacob couldn't figure out an excuse on that one. He has no clue why it went from $222 to $248. Your office was misleading and refused to do anything to correct thier mistakes. Their mistakes. Not mine. Mistakes you're making me pay for. I told Jacob. I would never go back to a customer at my job and change the quoted price just because I made a mistake. I quoted it, its on me. Your office lied, lied multiple times. Your employees made a mistake. Your employees should own that mistake and you should cover the difference that you've forced me to pay. Also, amazing how I made it very clear I wanted a phone call from you Andrew, but Jacob said you were just too busy. Not too busy to come to Google and try and defend yourself. Reach out to your office if I wish to discuss this matter further???? I called and spoke to the office 3 days this week. I've been waiting for you to call me... but go ahead and reply to this review before calling me back."

"My card was hacked so I had to shut it down. My autopay ran the next day and did not go through due to the hack and I was charged $25 "return fee" for the displeasure of having my money stolen. Thanks! Salt in the wound. Looking for a new company, my prices have gone up significantly anyway, this was the motivation I needed to make a change. **Per the response below, this isn't 1990 and your reworded return check fee is just another way to take money from people. Wasn't hiking the rates enough? I have been a customer for years, why didn't you all call me? Your character is in the actions (and money) you took and I don't want any part."

"I am sorry to hear about your card being compromised and thank you for an opportunity to respond. To clarify some things. Our office was never made aware by you that there was an issue with the card or that we needed to suspend the billing account, which is why State Farm pulled the money on the due date selected by you for the bill. Since we were not made aware of the card issue nor did we receive any request to suspend the payment which would have prevented the draft pull, we had no way of knowing of this situation, until your review. We understand that these experiences are never pleasant, but I wanted to clarify why the payment was pulled, which was because we were never made aware of this situation until the review posting. Please call our office when able so we can discuss the account in efforts to see if we can help resolve the matter. Thanks! ** Update: Response to additional review posting** Please call our office when able to discuss. We unfortunately do not have anyone insured in our office under the name showing in the review post. We would like to discuss the account in efforts to see if there are opportunities to help, but unfortunately, we do not have any contact information in our records under the name provided in this review. "If you want to work with someone who is honest at State Farm only talk to Murphy…The lady that works up there lied to me telling me I could not cancel my disability or roadside assist or I would have a 15 %increase which was a complete lie!!!I will be reporting this to Better Business Bureau this is the 2nd time dealing with rude staff!!!"

"Murphy Hamer was the best to work with,I was so stressed out about home insurance he put me at ease and was straight forward with me about my coverage and I really appreciate d that,I recommend state farm people think they are expensive but the main reason is,are you really gonna get the insurance company to pay for your losses luckily I switched before I would of had to experience they wouldn't pay thank you Murphy,once again I needed help with car insurance, on 5/5/24,called around different insurance companies and state farm's Murphy came through for me again,very thankful for him."

"This place is becoming a joke to deal with I see why everyone always changes insurance. Then they ask me when. I switch can we call u in 6 months to come back 🤣. Nope at least not this location"

We understand that those experiences are never pleasant, but I wanted to clarify and respond to your review as it appears my staff member simply followed through per your request in a prompt and professional manner. "Working with STATE FARM® INSURANCE AGENT Andrew Poston office in Arnold is probably one of the easiest tasks I have to deal with!
